Reservation Rates
Room Rates are $125 per room. During our peak season (Fall Foliage – September 26-October 17, 2010) all guest room rates are $175. All rooms are double occupancy. There is an additional $35/day for a third person in a room. There are only a few rooms that can accommodate a third person; please inquire about availability before booking. All rooms are subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax. A pre-set hot breakfast is served each morning and is included in your room package. Because we are a small property with only 6 guest rooms we are unable to offer any Club or Travel Agent discounts.
Guaranteed Reservations
To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit for two (2) or more nights. A 100% credit card deposit is necessary for a stay of one (1) night. We accept MC, Visa and American Express. We accept Cash, Checks, Traveler's Checks and Credit Cards for final payment at Check-In.
Canceling Your Reservation
* To avoid cancellation charges, please cancel your reservation 15 days prior to your arrival date. If your cancellation is received 15 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your deposit less a $20 processing fee.
* If your cancellation is received between 14 days and 48 hours prior to your arrival date we will refund your deposit less the $20 processing fee, if we are able to re-book the lost reservation/s. If we are not able to re-sell the reservation/s we are unable to refund your deposit.
* Reservations cancelled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged for the entire booking. Checking out before the confirmed departure date will result in a charge for the full reservation period.
Dartmouth Graduation Weekend * Reservations made for Dartmouth Graduation Weekend carry our standard deposit fees, of which $100 per room is non-refundable. If your cancellation is received 90 days and 48 hours prior to your arrival we will refund the balance of your deposit less the $100/room non-refundable deposit and $20 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows will be charged for the entire booking.
